Charles Augustus Lindbergh (February 4, 1902 – August 26, 1974) was an American aviator, military officer, author, inventor, and activist. William Francis Casey was born on August 29, 1889, in Franklin, Minnesota. He came to Montana in 1912, and the following year homesteaded near Kremlin. While there he served several terms as Kremlin's high school principal.In 1918 Casey enlisted in the 163rd Infantry Regiment of the National Guard and was discharged as a Captain in 1922 at Camp Lewis.
